Common questions, answered
We collected the questions our support team hears most. If your question is not here, send it through the Contact page and we will write back.
-
How do I start my first lesson?
Choose a language and a path that matches your goal, then open the first lesson. It takes about 15 minutes. If you are unsure, the starter paths are meant for complete beginners. You can switch to another path later without losing what you have done.
-
What is included in the free tier?
The free tier covers the basics, so you can try lessons and see how the app feels. A paid subscription unlocks the full catalogue and features. We keep the free tier available so you can decide at your own pace and without pressure.
-
What does the paid subscription add?
It unlocks the full catalogue and features that are limited on the free tier. Plans are offered monthly and yearly, priced in Indian rupees. The plan details and amounts are shown clearly before you commit, so you know what you will pay.
-
How do billing and cancellation work?
Billing follows the plan you choose, monthly or yearly. You can cancel when you wish, and the rules for cancellation and refunds are set out in the Payment and Refund Policy. Please read it before subscribing, and contact us if anything is unclear.
-
How often should I practise?
A little every day works better than a long session once a week. Fifteen minutes is enough to keep progress steady. If you miss a day, simply continue the next day; review sessions will bring back words you may have forgotten.
-
Does the app work on any phone?
It is built Android-first and designed to load quickly on everyday phones, so a very new device is not needed. A stable connection helps lessons open smoothly. If a lesson loads slowly, try again on a stronger connection.
-
Are the dialogues checked for accuracy?
Yes. A language editor reviews vocabulary and dialogues for accuracy and natural phrasing before they reach learners. The content team also plans each course as a clear path. If you spot something that seems wrong, please tell us.
-
